Congratulations to Dustan Adams and Tina McCrae our 2025 Crystal Apple Award Winners. They were selected based on their invaluable service and commitment to our District. Below are the reasons why they were selected for the award.
Dustan Adams is a Social Science Teacher at Imbler High School who has taught in the district for 18 years. In addition to helping students grow academically, he is the head high school football coach and athletic director. Dustan’s calm, patient demeanor shows in the classroom and on the field, building respect and trust with students while demonstrating integrity and leadership skills. His nomination form said, “Dustan has an impact in the Imbler School that goes above and beyond the values and importance of preparing students for the future.”
Tina McCrae is a Paraprofessional at Imbler Elementary School. She has worked for Imbler School District for four years. Like many paraprofessionals, Tina works daily in multiple areas of the school, including small group instruction, recess duty and anyplace extra help is needed. Kind and patient, she is adept at guiding children successfully through their school day, bolstering their responsibility, social skills and success. Tina ensures that every child she interacts with is not only safe, but also seen, heard, appreciated and loved.
We are fortunate to have them as part of the Imbler School District Staff!
