December Enrichment Day

The December Enrichment Day was held Friday, December 15th and was attended by over 100 students!  We focused on Christmas Crafts at the elementary with the 5th and 6th grade making wreaths at  Little Dry Creek Ranch in Summerville.  Snow globes/candles, gingerbread houses, transparency stained glass and  the movie Rudolph rounded out the activities at the elementary .   The high school activities consisted of Canvas and Cocoa and holiday baking.  Attendance was not as high in the high school due to many athletes traveling to the several athletic activities schedule for the day.  Upcoming Enrichment Day activities will consist of: January - Skiing for 4-6 and activities at the school for K-3;  February - Skiing for K-3 and activities at the school for 4-6;  March  - Bump-Up Day where elementary students will go up to JH/HS and preview programs and activities with JH/HS teachers;  April - Field Trip Day with four field trips students can choose from; and  then in May we plan to do a sports extravaganza and partner with EOU.  Look for information on all of the upcoming Enrichment Day activities!
